Fees and Payment Policy

Vendors on Yisrael Exchange may list their products by selecting either a subscription package or by purchasing individual listings at a rate of \$0.20 per listing. Listings purchased outside of a subscription package will remain active for a period of four (4) months from the date of publication. Listing fees are assessed at the time of creation or renewal only and are not applicable to listing modifications. All listing fees are non-refundable and will be charged regardless of whether the listed item is ultimately sold. These fees are automatically deducted from the vendor’s payment account at the time of publishing or renewing the listing.

All subscription packages are subject to automatic renewal unless the vendor explicitly disables this feature. Renewal fees will be charged at the start of each new subscription period unless the vendor has updated their renewal settings. Vendors wishing to opt out of automatic renewal must navigate to the “Listings Manager,” access the “Renewal Options” section, and select “Manual” in place of “Automatic.” Once manual renewal is selected, future charges will only apply to active listing periods and will not be renewed automatically.

Commission and Transaction Fees

For each sale completed through Yisrael Exchange, a commission fee of six and one-half percent (6.5%) of the displayed listing price will be charged. Additionally, a transaction fee consisting of three percent (3%) of the listing price plus twenty-five cents (\$0.25 USD) will be applied. Both the commission and transaction fees are deducted from the vendor’s Yisrael Exchange account balance upon the successful completion of a transaction.

Payment

Payouts to vendors may be directed to either a designated bank account or a Stripe account, based on the vendor’s preference. Payouts to bank accounts will be disbursed on a bi-monthly basis. Payouts via Stripe will be issued following the successful completion of each individual sale.
