Fees and Payments Policy
Vendors on Yisrael Exchange have two choices when it comes to listing their products: they can either opt for Subscription Packages or buy individual listings for $0.20 each. Listings not included in a subscription package will remain active for a period of 4 months. It’s important to note that these listing fees are associated with creating or renewing a listing on Yisrael Exchange, and there are no fees for modifying listings. These fees are applicable whether or not the listed item is eventually sold, and they will be reflected in your payment account, deducted at the time of publishing or renewing the listing.
For added convenience, Yisrael Exchange offers an automatic renewal feature, which extends the duration of your subscription unless you choose to opt out. The automatic renewal charge will continue until you decide to deactivate this feature. You can monitor the status of your automatic listings in the Listings Manager, and you have the flexibility to cancel automatic renewals at any time by selecting “Manual” instead of “Automatic” in the “Renewal Options” section within the Listings Manager. After cancellation, you will only be charged for the ongoing listing period.
Commission and Transaction Fees:
Upon making a sale through yisraelexchange.com, a commission fee of 6.5% and a transaction fee of 3% + $0.25 of the displayed listing price will be levied. These fees are subtracted from your current balance as each sale is completed and are reflected in your payment account.
Payment
Payment methods include the option for funds to be directed either to your bank account or your Stripe account, depending on your preference. If you choose the bank account option, payments will be disbursed on a bi-monthly basis. Conversely, for Stripe account payments, they will be issued after each individual transaction is successfully completed.
