Selling on the Sabbath

Home » Vendor Policy » Selling on the Sabbath

At Yisrael Exchange we strongly believe in upholding the laws of the Torah and understand the significance of the Sabbath day for various individuals within our community. As part of our commitment to fostering a supportive environment, we encourage vendors and partners operating on our platform to consider closing their stores and refraining from selling items on the Sabbath.

While we do not enforce strict rules on store operations during the Sabbath day, we strongly encourage vendors to close their stores on this day. This step aligns with our commitment to building nation and supporting the set apart practices of our community members.

Vendors who decide to observe the Sabbath day by closing their stores can use the vacation scheduler located on the Vendor dashboard to turn on vacation mode to temporarily take their product offline with a notice on their store page.
